一、那些人需要體檢？Who needs health check?

凡計(jì)劃在中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)1年以上（含1年）者，須申請(qǐng)X簽證，并進(jìn)行體檢。在申請(qǐng)X簽證時(shí)，以及進(jìn)入中國(guó)后申請(qǐng)《外國(guó)人居留許可》時(shí)，均需要出示《外國(guó)人體格檢查記錄》原件。

Anyone who wish to study in China for 1 year and above, need to have his health checked in a hospital designated by the Chinese Consulate.《外國(guó)人體格檢查記錄》請(qǐng)用中文或英文逐項(xiàng)填寫(xiě)，缺項(xiàng)、無(wú)醫(yī)生簽字、無(wú)醫(yī)院蓋章、無(wú)本人照片或照片上無(wú)騎縫章等都是無(wú)效的。The record has to be filled in Chinese or English, with doctor's sinature and Hospital's seal. 二、何時(shí)進(jìn)行體檢？When to go for the health check?

請(qǐng)?jiān)诮拥轿倚５匿浫⊥ㄖ獣?shū)和簽證申請(qǐng)表(202表)之后再進(jìn)行體檢，體檢結(jié)果的有效期是6個(gè)月。

Upon acceptance, the applicants can take the Admission Notice, Visa Application for Foreigners Wishing to Study in China (JW201/JW202) and the Physical Examination Record for Foreigners (issued by local designated hospitals), to the Chinese Embassy or the Consulate in the applicant's home country to go through all necessary formalities for X visa into China.
